Know Your Grievance Registration Status

Description:

User accessing the website will be able to register or search or know the status of his/her grievance.

Instructions:

1. Click Know Your Grievance Registration Status link on the Grievance Redressal page of the website.

2. The user can enter his/her grievance registration number to know the status of his/her grievance.

3. The page also has two hyperlinks. They are:

1. Register Grievance.

2. Grievance Search.

4. On clicking the Register Grievance link, the user is directed to the Grievance Registration form.

5. On clicking the Grievance Search link, the user is directed to the Grievance Search page.

Description:

User accessing the website will be able to search his/her grievance.

Instructions:

1. Click Grievance Search link on the Know Your Grievance Registration Status page of the website.

2. Enter name and the category of grievance.

3. Click on the search button to search for your grievance.
