Self Assessment Of Property Tax For Non Residents

Instructions:

1. Click on “Self Assessment of Property Tax for Non Residential Properties” link on Property Tax Management Page.

2. Self Assessment of Property Tax for Non Residents page will open.

3. Enter correct values in all the mandatory input text boxes.

4. Also, can opt to enter the values in all the optional text boxes.

5. Carpet Area will be calculated.

6. Then, click on Calculate Tax button, and then, Annual Ratable Value, and Tax of the Building/Structure will be calculated and will appear on the screen on their respective input text boxes.
