Feedback

Description:

This module will be used to accept feedback from the logged in user who will be provided with a text area the Complaints and Suggestions, which directly will be submitted to the concerned KNN Official(s) via E-Mail.

Instructions:

1. Click Feedback link on the Home page of the website and the Feedback page will open.

2. Enter values in all the mandatory text boxes.

3. Also, can opt to enter the values in all the optional text boxes.

4. Then, click on Submit button and an E-Mail containing all the details will be sent to the Email Address of the concerned KNN Official.

5. A “Thank You” message will come on the screen with a close button drawn onto it.

6. Reset button will reset all the input fields.

7. Click the Close button, and the pop up window will close.
